S.A.D. sucks. This bracelet was inspired by my yearly battle with Seasonal Affective Disorder.
Have dealt with depression off an on for years, but the lightning bolt 🌩 moment when I realized why January hits extra hard every year was monumental.
Now, I know to plan for my individual emotional calendar and take extra self care steps, and prioritize mental health even more in these months.
And treat my brain with some patience and kindness... Even though it's difficult at times.
Also playing with making some of my own charms from funky beads. Love how the white beads with yellow blobs and black crackle turned out on the bracelet! 💛
